Licensed Conveyancer - Director - Managing Partner

Pam brings over 25 years of experience in conveyancing, having begun her career in 1997. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of property matters, including option agreements, overage provisions, lease extensions, and the sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial properties, including transactions involving commercial mortgages. She also regularly advises small businesses on the granting and taking of commercial leases.

JAHANARA (JAY) SYED

Solicitor LLB (Hons) - Director

Jay qualified as a Solicitor in August 2015 and leads our Residential Property Department.

Specialising in residential conveyancing and leasehold transactions, Jay brings a personable and friendly approach to transactions, with a focus on helping private clients achieve their goals. She is recognised as an experienced and capable solicitor who can tailor her approach to suit individual client needs and achieve a swift conclusion to the transaction.

Jay is a speaker of Bengali language.

Her expertise extends beyond standard property transactions to include new build purchases, Help to Buy schemes, shared ownership, unregistered land matters, transfers of equity and part, and a full range of lending-related work such as re-mortgages and equity release. Jay also handles auction sales and purchases with confidence and efficiency.

AISHA KHAN

Paralegal LLB (Hons)

Aisha is a Law Graduate, having completed her degree with the University of Westminster. Aisha joined Regler & Company in 2023 and assists Jay Syed with all aspects of Residential Property. Aisha will be undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with hopes to qualify as a Solicitor.

TAMSIN LESTER-JOHN

Trainee Solicitor LLB (Hons)

Tamsin is currently undertaking her final year of her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the University of Law, joining Regler & Company as a trainee solicitor in September 2024.

Tamsin specialises in Private Client work, with a range of experience in drafting Wills, both simple and complex, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, providing Inheritance Tax and Trust advice and Probate and Estate Administration.

Tamsin is set to qualify in March 2026.

BRIAN REGLER

Consultant Solicitor BA (Hons) - Director

Brian is a founding partner of Regler & Company Solicitors. Brian continues to practice as a consultant solicitor on a part time basis.

Legal Assistant

Debbie has more than 30 years experience working in the law. Having previously worked for Honniball and Company Solicitors, Debbie now assists Pam.

MARILYN HOLLIDAY

Legal Assistant

Marylin has worked in the law for many years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Marilyn primarily assists with residential and private client work.

NICKY IND

Office Administrator

Nicky joined Regler & Company in 2023 and supports the team with reception duties, answering phones and general office and file administration.
