Conveyancing

Probate
Applying for the Grant of Probate, collecting and distributing the assets.
We can help you through this difficult process by contacting all the relevant organisations on your behalf, preparing the necessary paperwork for HMRC and the Probate Registry and obtaining the Grant of Probate on your behalf. We will also collect and distribute the assets to the beneficiaries.
