Residential Conveyancing

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING

Buying, selling or re-mortgaging your home can be the most exciting and rewarding of experiences – but also the most challenging and stressful. There is invariably a lot at stake financially and emotionally and it’s important to select the right legal partner to navigate you through the complexities and potential pitfalls so you enjoy the optimal experience and outcome.

The video below takes you through the steps we take to ensure your move is a smooth as possible.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Regler and Company specialise in residential property transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity – from new build starter homes and buy-to-let apartments through executive homes to luxury, central London properties and country estates and everything in between.

We have a particular specialism in conveyancing relating to high-value properties for domestic and international clients.

We understand that every transaction is different and our service is highly personal and designed to ensure a swift, efficient and stress-free path to completion.

We do our utmost to ensure that the conveyancing process is co-ordinated as painlessly as possible.

Below are some key advantages for using Regler & Company for residential or commercial conveyancing.

1. Our estimate of charges for your residential or commercial conveyancing includes all likely charges. Unlike many centralised and internet conveyancing firms, and some local firms, we DO NOT charge you any extra for:

· Paying off any existing mortgage you have;

· Dealing with the new mortgage (if any) on your purchase;

· “Quick” completions;

· “Hidden” extras

2. Only qualified conveyancers will deal with your conveyancing matter supported by our dedicated assistants. We specialise in property work, and have the authority and experience to deal with any situation that may arise in your transaction.

3. We do not operate a call queueing system, and we endeavour to answer our telephones and return calls promptly.

4. We keep up to date with technology insofar as it can speed up the conveyancing process. We do most searches on-line, have direct Land Registry access and will communicate with you in your preferred format, but we do not allow technology to replace personal contact, advice and assistance.

5. We are local with easy access and free parking. We like to see clients whenever possible. A property transaction is one of the largest financial transactions you will ever undertake and a face to face discussion, particularly about a property purchase, can clarify a lot of issues.

We also have Law Society accreditation under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
